These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fastyping.me (the "Service"), operated by FasTyping ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

FasTyping provides free online typing tests, typing lessons, and practice tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

To access certain features (e.g. saving your progress), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content without permission.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse features (e.g. leaderboards).

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, lessons, and branding, is owned by FasTyping or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

5. Third-party services

The Service may allow you to sign in using third-party providers, such as Google or Facebook. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasTyping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
